We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sensibo smart climate experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the device and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
